Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with taya06. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or attempts to register under false identities are strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same person will result in closure of all associated accounts, cancellation of pending transactions, and forfeiture of all balances and winnings across all accounts.

3. Account Registration and Security

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in deposit reversal and account restrictions.

4.4 Deposit Bonuses and Conditions

5.3 Verification Requirements

Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, you must complete account verification by submitting clear, legible copies of government-issued identification, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. 5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

6. Betting Rules and Conditions

Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after placement except in cases of obvious system error as determined by taya06 management in their sole discretion. 6.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games including slots, table games, live dealer games, and specialty games are governed by their individual game rules as provided by licensed game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer procedures for live casino games. We do not control or manipulate game outcomes. 6.4 Malfunction and Errors

In the event of system malfunction, software error, incorrect odds display, or any technical issue affecting game outcomes or bet settlements, taya06 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. 7.3 Promotional Eligibility

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension Grounds

taya06 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your account at any time for investigation of suspected terms violations, verification procedures, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to provide requested documentation, chargebacks or disputed transactions, or any activity that violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.

10.2 Permanent Termination

We may permanently close your account and terminate your access to our services if you engage in prohibited activities, provide false information during registration or verification, violate bonus terms repeatedly, participate in fraudulent activity, fail identity verification, are found to be underage, maintain multiple accounts, or breach any material provision of these Terms & Conditions.

10.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all available funds before the account is fully closed. Any remaining balance in a closed account may be subject to administrative fees if not withdrawn within ninety (90) days of closure request. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

10.4 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination for violations, taya06 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, void pending bets, cancel active bonuses, and retain funds as compensation for losses incurred due to your violations. Legitimate winnings from gameplay prior to detected violations may be paid at our sole discretion after thorough investigation. Funds derived from fraudulent activity will not be returned under any circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, taya06 and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our maximum aggregate liability for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You acknowledge and agree that gaming involves risk and that you may lose money. We do not guarantee any specific results, winnings, or outcomes. All games are based on chance or skill, and past results do not predict future outcomes. You participate in gaming activities entirely at your own risk.
